Refund policy
This refund policy explains my guidelines for purchases at logopilot.app. Please read it carefully before buying credits. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Credit purchases
When you buy credits, you can request a refund of any unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been spent on creating or editing logos are non-refundable, because the processing has already been carried out on your behalf. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any credits you have not used within that year expire, and expired credits cannot be refunded or extended.
Failed logo creations
You only pay for what you receive. If a logo creation fails, no credits are charged. If only some of the logos in a set are created, the credits for the failed logos are returned to your balance automatically. The same applies to failed edits. These automatic refunds are made in credits to your LogoPilot balance, not to your payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact me through the support page with your order details. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to your original payment method.
Technical issues
In the rare event of a technical issue that prevents access to credits you purchased, please contact me right away through the support page. I will investigate and resolve it promptly, including a refund where appropriate, even outside the 7-day window.

The exact credit cost of every action is shown on the pricing page and again before you confirm each logo creation or edit. If you have any questions about the service or how credits work, please contact me before making a purchase.
Policy updates
I may update this refund policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once the updated policy is posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes means you accept the new policy.
