This privacy policy explains what information I collect when you use LogoPilot, and the steps I take to keep it safe.

Information I collect

The only personal information I collect is your email address, and only when you create an account. You can sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with LogoPilot.

Logo creation

The free image tools on LogoPilot run entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your device. Logo creation is the exception: your logos are generated in the cloud.

When you create logos, the brand details you submit (brand name, tagline, description, and audience) are sent to an AI model in the cloud to plan and generate your logos. When you edit a logo, your edit instruction and any reference image you attach are processed the same way. Reference images are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Generated logos are stored for 1 month, after which they are deleted automatically, so please download the files you want to keep. Your logo library shows the exact deletion date for every set.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure payment provider. Your card and banking details go directly to the payment provider and are never seen or stored by LogoPilot.

Use of information

I use your email address to sign you in, confirm your purchases, notify you when your logo creation is complete, and provide customer support. I use the brand details you submit only to create the logos you asked for.

Your choices

You can use the free image tools without an account. Creating an account is required to create logos and buy credits, since I use your email for sign-in, purchase confirmation, and correspondence.

Policy changes

I may update this policy from time to time. If I make significant changes, I will post a notice on the website. Your continued use of LogoPilot means you accept the updated policy.
